Mr MackayPurchased to upgrade the brakes and gears on my gravel bike. Arrived very quickly from Merlin and then were fitted easily. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to use 160mm rear rotors then you will need to buy or already have the rear flat mount adapter as there is not one included in this set unfortunately. Otherwise a brilliant upgrade at a brilliant price too.
Mr EvansI bought this set to replace mechanical (cable) disc brakes on a gravel bike which disappointed by their very mediocre performance. The cost of changing to hydraulic is a big hit, but the brakes are so much better and nicer to use. A huge improvement and the shifters work nicely as well.

DavidAffixed to my Merlin G1X with a few issues. Only comes with front 140/160 plate so had to order the rear 160 plate separately; not a huge issue but something to be aware of as picture shows both. Came with the Olives inside the handles but did not have the end pins, luckily I had a few extras on hand. Feel is nice and shifting is perfect though.

PhilipTop quality kit. Swapped my 105 levers and TRP Sypre calipers out for these and it has made such a huge difference.. Not that the Spyres were bad, it's just that these are so much better. Much better stopping power with much better modulation - just as you'd expect but more from hydraulics. If you are considering doing it, then just do it, especially at these prices.. Sell you old parts on ebay to offset.. Great service from Merlin as ever.
