Ögle carbon pulleys are designed for cyclists seeking the highest level of drivetrain performance. Made with the same technology as Gemini's carbon chainrings, they combine extreme lightness, minimal friction and a spectacular finish.
Their forged carbon structure reduces weight without compromising stiffness, improving shifting response and pedaling smoothness. The pulley sets are developed to use the maximum tooth size available in your derailleur's stock cage, so you can run oversize pulleys without having to replace the whole cage.
The optimized, fully enclosed, spokeless design keeps debris from the road from getting in and damaging the derailleur, improving integration and aerodynamics. They feature high-precision hybrid bearings with ceramic balls, designed to deliver smoother rolling, lower friction and greater efficiency. The whole assembly is completed with aluminum covers, ensuring a perfect fit and greater durability.
Each pulley is handcrafted in Gemini's Barcelona workshop. The fiber is molded continuously around the teeth, achieving a structural distribution that gives each tooth greater strength than other carbon fiber manufacturing processes, for a unique aesthetic and functional result.
