SIS Beta Fuel Energy Drink Sachet
Beta Fuel has been developed to deliver the maximum amount of carbohydrate in a 2:1 ratio of Maltodextrin to Fructose whilst limiting gastrointestinal distress. The product mixed to concentration is 80 grams carbohydrate (2:1 maltodextrin:fructose), 20 mmol/L sodium and 500 ml of fluid per serving.

Jason ENice high carb mix for long rides. It's a bit expensive but handy to have a pre-mix that can be used for the bigger events. It tastes pretty good as well!

Mr KnightReally impressed with Beta fuel. I’ve used in long training rides and middle distance tri races with no gut issues. Flavours are subtle and not too sweet. Not cheap but worth it.
JonathanGreat stuff. Keeps you going on long rides. Just make sure you half fill bottle with water after putting the powder in. Give it a really good shake then top up to avoid it going lumpy
Mr PackerSaw the reviews regarding its use by team sky .. Bit sceptical at first but definitely seems to help on rides longer than 3 hours .. Tastes good not to sweet just add to water bottle before filling with water then needs a good shake in the bottle .. Suffered no stomach issues or any signs of cramp even on hot longer rides .. With 80 g of carbs in one bottle it certainly makes a difference
