JeremyThey came in a lovely box, out of the box they look average quality. Not got off to a good start these are the most difficult tyres I have ever known to fit over a rim (Hunt), after 15 years of experience. I'm marking my expensive new rims with the plastic tyre leaves such is the force required force to get them over the rim. I am working at room temperature not a cold garage. Already one Specialised tube down and will have to repeat the battle. I cannot imagine being able to fix a puncture by the side of the road forget it. My first Schwalbe road tyre after years of conti and other brands and I regret buying them. I am tempted to say they are faulty. Hope they perform well on the bike. I always feel the tyre between thumb and foreigner to get an idea of robustness that unscientific way tells me they are in the racy end of all season tyres.
