Mr HaymanFitted to a Cannondale Synapse Carbon 2016. Take off old cranks, knock out bearings, remove circlips (IMPORTANT!), grease and install new BB. Fit the shimano crankset of your choosing. Really easy, took minutes, very happy. Can't comment on lifespan but looks really well made and simple to do.
