Dr Barnes The best XC/downcountry brake imo. Even the lever texture is amazing. Mine came unbled with adapters and bolts for 180mm rotors so you'll need so find shorter bolts and a bleed kit.

Get a jahb They stop. They are cool but sometimes they get hot. Cheap from merlin too! Good for xc/downcountry/trail as long as you aren't a fat ass!
