Fulcrum Wind 400C C17 Carbon Clincher Road Wheelset
The  Fulcrum Wind 400C is highly versatile wheelset from the Fulcrum range. Deep enough to slice through the wind and create a rigid and reactive structure but low enough to keep weight, the Wind 40C is equally potent on any terrain you find yourself riding on. The Wind 400C also features a 17C internal rim width, making it perfect for both 25 and 28mm clincher tyres.

AC3 Brake Surface
In addition to keeping the speed family wheels moving forward, a great deal of research and development has gone into slowing them down. A fast wheel is only as good as the control it offers to the rider and the AC3 brake track technology incorporated into the 400C offers unprecedented braking performance. The new technology incorporates laser treatment upon the brake track, eliminating all traces of resin, and allowing pads to brake on a more surefooted and planar carbon surface. While braking performance improves across the board, in wet conditions the AC3 excels with stopping distances more than 30% shorter when compared to previous versions.

Alex McAllisterHave put 1000 km on a pair of these wheels with Veloflex tyres and I reckon they are giving me 1 km/h more on avg than my old Fulcrum 1s. They spin very freely with no discernible friction. Highly recommended
Mr DemersI recently broke my Durace C35 7900 front wheel and couldn't find a replacement, so decided to buy these as a good compromise between price, weight, comfort and stiffness. After one test drive, the wheels feel great! In comparison, they are more comfortable, similar weight, feel as fast on flat but are less stiff when climbing. Overall, it’s a very good wheelset for non racer like me.
Mr gebaReally good value for money wheelset
R0adheeWell built, light ( few grams lighter from what Mfr. states) good acceleration, installed with Vittoria corsa tires graphene 2.0 with ease. Only downside was 10-11 spd but did not include spacer. Mfr. states not to run with latex inner tube due to possible blow out when carbon heats up. (runnning it w/ vittoria latex right now) no prob. Good deal from Merlin and fast Ship.
