The unique design of each component perfectly complements speed and efficiency through swift shifting and smooth running via chain and gear tooth interference. Energy consumption is reduced via significantly increased cohesion by 9% to effectively reach and maintain top speed with less effort of all chain components working together.
Thanks to the innovative formula of KMC GO CHAIN WAX, the premium KMC chains treated with this wax offer unrivalled durability and efficiency. Compared to oil-based lubricants, waxed chains are less susceptible to dirt build-up, increasing drivetrain life and reducing cleaning intervals.

Recommended Care intervals
- Road Bikes: KMC recommend to care for your KMC Waxed at the latest after 250 km or at least once a month.
- MTB, cross and frequent riders in all weather conditions: After 100 km at the latest.
Rewaxing
- The chain must be dry before applying the wax
- The chain does not need to be dewaxed
- Shake the bottle and apply to the inside of the chain (One complete turn)
- Do not wipe off excess wax.
- Allow to dry completely before riding, especially in wet conditions
