Mr Tsangreally convenient and bright
AnitaNice and small and compact helmet light. It’s secured by a velcro strap, I know all lids are different but I have to fit it off centre as the straps not long enough to go through the air vents. But I’m happy with it, used as a secondary light.. Despatched very quickly..
Mrs hillSmall discrete but effective light. A must for any commuter
PeterExcellent lights for my wife's Giro helmet as she commutes into work in the morning. Solid, safe fit, and does not interfere with MIPS.
Darren DownunderFits on my helmet easily and gives off a good light. Easy to set up and use.
TimWorks fine, easy to attach to helmet, but fiddly switch which is difficult to operate with gloves on or by feel alone.
Mr SimmonsI find the product excellent, the helmet light shows up very well and I would recommend to anyone who wants to use a helmet light
Jon WilliamsNeat and works well as a 'supplementary' light. Would give 5 stars if it had AAA bettery instead of 'button' type, as buttons are not (practically) available as rechargeables yet.
Mr KennedyExcellent, easy to fit and helps make you more visible, particularly in things like lorry mirrors when commuting in heavy traffic. Perfect secondary light.
Dan BLittle bit fiddly to close the battery compartment but otherwise excellent so far. Very light so you won't notice it. Bright enough that you can see the light on the ground in front of you. Is visible pretty much 360 so peace of mind on roundabouts or when filtering when lights pointing forward at bike-level cannot be seen.
Ross HazardWorks fantastically well and really easy to fit too. Would recommend.
Dr SmithGreat little light. Especially good for ensuring light is pointed in the direction of cars at junctions and I do consider that this increases my visibility to other road users at night. Only gripe is the batteries it came with didn't last long and I hoping the replacement duracell ones are in for longer.
Mr MaskewA good little light for on your helmet. Not overly powerful but more than enough to give more visibility over the winter months. I work on an industrial park with lots of HGV s and think the higher light position may be of advantage once they get closer to me. The light is quite small and doesn't add much weight to your helmet but is visible almost 360 degrees. If you don't want it on your helmet it is possible to mount on your drop bar on the bottom of the drop but it wouldn't work on flat mtb type bars as it needs to be inline with direction of travel and I don't think the Velcro strap can be turned 90 degrees to do this.
Mr BurbridgeWhat a simple idea, front and back light built into one light weight easy to use unit. Worth the RRP, but even better when you can buy from Merlin at a discounted rate. What value should you place on your safety, especially as a commuter?
Mr TattersallFantastic quality item that lives up to the reviews posted. Merlin service was once again outstandingly quick. Really do recommended them.
Mr SandersonBrilliant! Although I'm not using them as they're intended. I've actually fitted them to the top of my recumbent trike mudguards as sidelights (so that other road users can see how wide I am). They even double as indicators! (I do signal as well).
Mr HodgsonNice light which is well made. Will help you be seen at night and would prove very handy in case of breakdowns, punctures etc.
Mr FouldsHad seen these lights in use at night and just had to have one. On flashing mode adds another dimension to being seen at night. Long battery life and Merlin the cheapest on the net, what more could you want!
Mr TylerA useful addition to cycling visibility. Easy to fit and easy to use.
Mr BakerGood for getting you seen at night although two button cells running two lights do struggle a bit so more power would improve this light.
