Andy C Used these initially for fairly mild off-road cycling locally, but a week ago I rode the King Alfred Way which is 350km of mixed terrain, over half off-road. In particular the South Downs Way & the Ridgeway both of which make up part of the route, are chalk with flints and rocks both embedded and loose. The tyres were used on a gravel bike which was loaded with panniers. I hadn't taken a spare tyre so was amazed and really pleased that the tyres took it all in their stride and didn't suffer any damage, cuts or punctures over four + days. So impressed. As well as coping with the rough stuff they were fast enough on road sections. From my experience no problems with a 5*.
Dean Great tyres. Easy to set up tubeless once you get it on the rim, you need good tyre levers. Seem to roll fast and smooth with good grip. Bead hold (i.e. resistance to burping) and tyre stability are good. The 31c version is perfect if you're trying to stay within the UCI cyclocross limit. Mine are 32.9mm wide on 20mm internal width rims @ 25psi. Weighed in at 385 and 388g.

Mr Kimberley Well, the tyres are excellent. Easy to fit and inflate. Look the business and ride really well. HOWEVER, the max stated tyre clearance on my bike is 38mm, the tyres that were on it were 38mm but these blow up to nearly 41mm on my 19mm (internal) Vision rims. This meant the rear rubs the chainstays and fouled the front mech in the big ring and had to come off. I may buy a rear in 33mm because I like them so much anyway, just be aware they blow up larger than claimed!
