Fizik X1 Infinito Mountain Bike Shoes
Fizik X1 Infinito Mountain Bike Shoes
With perfect fit, class-leading comfort, lightweight trail protection and unmatched power transfer, the Infinito X1 MTB cycling shoe delivers ultimate cross-country race and trail riding performance. The new Infinito Closure System, its strong, stiff sole, weight-saving materials and the intelligent implementation of new technology combine to make the very best high performance mountain bike shoe.
- Volume control – the lower Boa controls toe box volume. The offset position means the front of the shoe wraps across the foot making it much more adaptable to different foot shapes.
- Dynamic arch support – the lower Boa also moulds the shoe to support the arch of the foot. The top Boa is then used to tighten the shoe to the foot.
- Infinito X1: the ultimate cross-country race and trail riding performance shoe.
- Full uni directional carbon fibre with rubber tread and toe spike compatibility.
- Laser perforated mircrotex upper
- Double BOA IP1-B closure system (tri-modal: tighten, loosen and complete release)
- Neutral fit to accommodate the majority of foot shapes
- Volume control and dynamic arch support to give the ultimate fit
- Fi’zi:k Cycling Insole
- Weight: 232g (size 42.5)
Mr CooleyFit is inline with other shoe brands like Giro and Shimano. The toe box ramps up so you will not want them too small. Quality seems nice and Boa’s work as expected.
Ms HollidayMy son was very pleased with the shoes. The fit was great and he found them very comfortable.
Mr LowndesExcellent quality, good stiff sole, very light, good tread, boas are great, very comfortable for my quite narrow feet, they look great as well, highly recommended, best mtb shoes I`ve used.
Stuart IversI bought these to replace my old Specialized Comp MTB shoes and was unsure about sizing. I don`t think I have either a narrow foot, nor a wide foot. So I ordered 47, the same as what I have. Whilst I have not been on any long rides yet ( gotta wait till Santa comes ) and can confirm that these in 47 are the same as Specialized comp MTB 47. Ever so slightly narrower and longer but as near as same. I`m not worried about them being too tight and certainly glad I didnt alter size .5 either way of 47. BTW I usually would be 46.5 but use 47 for feet swelling in Aussie heat.
Mr DowlerVery comfy, good toe box , I can wiggle my toes easily even when the shoe is firmly adjusted. Stiff, not as lightweight as I was expecting but they are built for off road so all good. Good bang for buck at the price I paid. Delivery to Australia was timely, about what I expected., approx 10 days.
Chris WangShoes is solid and well-fit. With two BOA closure systems. Recommend for anyone is using SPD clip.
JanExcellent and beautiful pair of MTB shoes that I use for training and racing on my cross bike. I got these shoes for their stiffness, low weight, and Boa-buttons adjustments (and they work great--similar to my Sidi road shoes). One little thing to note: the Fizik shoes seem to size a tiny bit larger than the Sidi shoes. I always get a 43 in all my cycling shoes; this one gives me a little more room at the big toe than others, but it's fine and actually may be good for the colder temps to come!
WexGreat shoe from Fizik, size probably feels a bit more snug than my Fizik road shoes, but still fits okay, not sure if it would justify going up 1/2 size? Great price too.
Mr LEEVery comfortable, good design and easy to fit. Quality is also good. I am satisfy this shoes.
XSFNRGBest price worldwide at Merlin. Great fit and power transfer. Double BOA mechanism functions well. Cleat mounting is much easier with well marked scale on shoe.
Scott LewisDelighted with the precise fit provided by the duel boa mechanism. Already making a big difference to performance.
Mr InocenteFantastic MTB shoes super comfortable and light
