andrew Ok So you won't use this tool everyday but if your thinking of fitting a Hope push fit BB then this is a must tool to have. I only have basic mechanic skills but took my time, followed the instructions and fitted the Hope BB and crank in less 20 minutes using this tool. Its precision made exactly for the job. Expensive but well worth the cost.

Mr Fitch This tool is a must if you are installing a Hope BB or you would need a 19mm allen key to insert the sleeve. It could be used for fitting other BB's as well. Its well made and simple to use.
Mark A solid tool that not only is required to install a Hope BB, but also makes it a straight forward task.
RP Not cheap but a great press-fit tool! Since all my bikes with PF BB will get Hope PF BB, this tool was a good investment...

Kornman Bought this install tool along with my new PF41 Bottom Bracket. Its a great well made tool. Merlin was the best price I could find this online. Made life super easy to install the BB in about 5min. I'm planning on keeping my frame for a while so I bought the tool to use for replacing bearings later on. You could maybe make something to work at home with a bolt and a few nuts. But at this price why would you? It makes it all so easy and align perfectly. Recommended if your buying Hopes press fit BB.
