Justin S Used in jockey wheels and Shimano hubs on a road bike and seem to create less resistance. Time will tell on longevity.

Mr Arslan I would highly recomment it for wheel bearings and bottom bracket. Also used it for headset but only in summer, in winter need a waterproof grease.
