Having the right tool for the job is essential when working on bicycles and the cone wrench is a perfect example of this as it is simply the only tool available for adjusting many hubs on the market. Pedro's cone wrenches give professional quality, precision fit wrenches required to properly install, remove, and adjust hubs.
Pedro's cone wrenches are made from 2mm thick, precision laser cut, heat-treated tool steel for the ultimate in strength and long-lasting performance and are commonly revered for outlasting many other "shop" quality cones wrenches. Pedro's designed each cone wrench to fit perfectly protecting the hub and ensuring simple and safe usage for the mechanic. Each ergonomically designed flat wrench also features a single-ended design with cushioned grip to provide maximum leverage & comfort.
Pedro's cone wrenches are available in 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20mm sizes.
ThroathitSo after many years using old wrenches it was time for some new. Pedro's tyre levers took my eye a long time ago. They are the best levers so I checked who made the best cone spanners. Due the the thin profile and loading on such a small area of this kind of spanner lesser quality tools tend to give up before the operator. Pedro's are bolt hard and do not.. They have no flex and stubborn cones are no challenge. You need a good initial tug to rack stuck lock nuts and Pedro's solid spanners do just that. I'm no pro just a weekend user but some tools need to be upto the job. Not cheap but the last set most of you will ever buy.. I also love Pedro's syn lube it's clingy green and water repellant nature makes it first choice for chain lube.. Long live Pedro's..
Mr LampeUsual high Pedros quality, stands next to Park Tool, no issues.
TuckerA quality tool. Nice and solid. So happy with quality that I'm now buying the whole Pedro's range. Also I have to applaud MERLIN CYCLES for their superb customer service. I also notice MERLIN are much cheaper than on items than CHAIN REACTION CYCLES! It's a win-win for me! Highly recommended
