Road Bike Stems

Road Stems come in a variety of rises and sizes. There is no right or wrong stem, choice is personal and specific to an individual rider. If your frame is the right size, and you are feeling too cramped or stretched the stem can often be the culprit. Adjusting position, to make it right for you, can often be a combination of stem, spacers, handle bars & saddle.
