Mr Ummel For anyone needing to clean up a bad weld or "flash' in the seat tube, this is a great tool.
Ben Nice reamer for 27.2mm. Just add some cutting oil when you do the work and that's it. It will leave a smooth surface so you don't have any issue installing the seat tube.
