Peaty's RimJob Rim Tape
Designed by pro riders, mechanics and scientists, Peaty’s Rim Job has been developed from the ground up as a bicycle rim tape. The super high tensile strength tape is primed with a bespoke adhesive which clings to your wheel. An optimum amount of stretch and large rigid recyclable core allows the tape to be pulled and applied with tension, contouring your rim tightly for a better fit.
One 9 meter roll will approximately
- 5x 26" Rims
- 4x 27.5" Rims
- 4x 29" Rims

Mike C This tape is class. I did 2 wheels with it and had no issues with my tubeless set up. Its quite thin and easily moulds to the shape of your wheel. It comes with some little strips of thicker tape to put on the end of the run to stop it detaching. Cool that its see through as well helps to find your valve hole easy. Much better than the horrible adhesive based stuff the bike shop had put in my tyres before. Recommend it!

Mr Jenkins Great tubeless rim tape. Easy to apply and stuck firm sealing the rims first time. Will definitely use peaty's again. Great price from Merlin.
Paul I’ve always used Gorilla tape as tubeless rim tape, and got on okay with it, so the first time I tried proper tubeless tape I was sceptical about how much better it would be. As it turns out it works much better. Sticks well, but the rigidity of the thin tape, and the smooth surface make applying it really easy and I’ve found my tyres went up and now stay inflated way better than all of the others I’ve used gaffa tape on. I’m converted and will use the proper stuff in future. You’ve got to buy into what Peaty says, he’s a Yorkshireman, and a legend, after all!
