The FF1 is an excellent step up from an entry level road bike. It has the performance to match its elegant and modern appearance.

The triple butted frame and carbon fork give the FF1 a light, swift feel but without the harshness often found on bikes at this level. The clean classic lines of the frame show off the FF1’s pared-down gimmick-free appeal.

The FF1 can turn its hand to pretty much anything. It’s an adaptable bike with immense upgrade potential – morph it into a reliable tough-nut training bike or change it into a race-worthy steed. Or just keep it as a true all-rounder. It’s up to you.

This Shimano Tiagra equipped FF1 offers slick 10 speed gearing with a wide range of ratios. The 4ZA wheelset and finishing kit are all dependable units that really sit well on this bike in terms of form as well as function.

General information about our shipping
An absolutely fantastic bike! It runs really well and it feels solid. The Shimano Tiagra groupset is also an excellent choice compared to the cheaper alternatives. The looks are also great, very stylish and clean. It might be worth noting that the brakes are mounted according to UK standards. Meaning that the front brake is mounted on the right hand side of the handlebars. If you are looking for a beginners road bike, look no further. You will hardly find more bang for your buck anywhere else.
I ordered this bike as a replacement everyday / commuting / winter bike but when it came, it was too nice to take out in the wet! It is now my dry weather everyday bike whilst my old Carrera has been relegated to wet weather everyday bike and my Specialised Roubaix is my dry weather summer bike. First the negatives: 1. The bike requires some basic assembly out of the box, but even an engineering incompetent like me managed this in about 30 minutes. I also fitted an Adamo saddle for extra comfort 2. I initially got some outer knee pain on the first 20 mile trial ride but some 20mm pedal spacers sorted this (Merlin, you need to start selling these!) 3. Didn't have any dust caps on the valves. And that's it for the negatives. As for the positives - where to start? The ride itself is almost as good as my Specialised Roubaix - yet the Specialised cost four times as much! The Tiagra groupset ensures the bike just purrs along, gear changes are nice and crisp and it even has gear indicators on the switchers - something my Specialised Shimano 105 doesn't have. First ride out and I was easily overtaking riders on much more expensive bikes. I have also struggled previously as I have long legs and a shorter upper body, so I generally tend to feel like I am stretching to reach the handle bars, which can be uncomfortable on long rides. I was tempted to choose a smaller frame size to compensate for this but email advice from the sales team was to choose the correct frame for my height. I am glad I did - this is the most comfortable of all my bikes in terms of fit and the Adamo saddle ensures a very comfortable ride. To sum this bike up - comfortable, fast and stunning good looks. It really should cost a lot more than it actually does. I love this bike!
Great bike. The quality of the finish and the spec far surpasses the price. It rides like dream, responsive grippy handling without being twitchy giving good acceleration and confidence during descents. The set up is spot on as well. Just de-box, fit the handlebars and pedals and go ride.
This bike is so rigid and stiff. All pedal power which I send with my legs is going direct to the wheels. 0n this price, this bike is beyond the pirce :)
My first road bike, seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Price/components ratio was the best I found on the market after a deep research. I can only recommend to anyone who wants to have a great bike for reasonable price. The bike rides very well and looks amazing
I got this shipped all the way to Canada, it arrived without any damage in in only 3 days after being sent from the warehouse. The quality looks pretty good except for some of the welds on the rear axle bracket. As an engineer I don't think it will be a problem but doesn't look as clean as the other welds. Went together fast and simple, although the accessory kit they provide with it doesn't fit properly, the orange wheel reflectors are misaligned on the spokes and the bell is too small to fit around the handle bar. The bike rides well though and is FAST! Love it over all and would recommend it as a great place to get into road biking.
