The Fuse is our best ever execution of a carbon road bike that’s easy to live with and is a pleasure to ride. It’s very much a practical everyday machine as well as a looker.

The carbon layup on the Fuse has been chosen to offer high levels of comfort and vibration dampening. We know that a lot of UK roads aren’t exactly billiard table smooth and it’s real world riding that the Fuse is intended for.

The Fuse exhibits remarkable stability, balance and smoothness with a consistency that is all too rare with carbon bikes at this level. This is not to say that it can’t mix it with the best of them when the red mist descends and you want to go on the attack.

It’s a great handling bike that’s impressively taut under pedal power and responsive up front too. It’s sort of like a race bike that’s had its harsh pointiness removed.

We need to mention its appearance again. The Fuse is one fine-looking bike. The classy matt black finish is a delight to the eyes as well as the fingertips. The Fuse frame and fork are superbly finished and this level of quality really shows when set against our logo and graphic work.

To get the most out of this excellent frameset we’ve paired it with a Shimano 105 groupset. 105 is where Shimano’s trickle-down technology is at its best. Super slick 11 speed shifting.

We opted to go with legendary brand Mavic and their award winning Aksium wheelet. 4ZA supply the rest of the finishing kit for a dependable and consistent ride character.

General information about our shipping
I took my first ride on the bike after receiving it in the mail. Very light bike and easy to put together. I took a 50 mile ride, going up and down a lot of hills as well as a lot of flats to see how the bike handles. So far I LOVE this bike. It handles the hills like a charm. The shifting, braking, everything about it is just perfect. I would recommend this bike to anyone out there. It is an incredible bike with a lot going for it. You WON'T find a carbon fiber bike out there with all of these components for this price. Can't wait for my next ride.
This bike is amazing for the money. It's so light and the 11spd gears plus a cadence computer (not included) result in a buttery smooth ride. I've taken it out twice on the roads around the South Downs and the experience is amazing. Climbing is really easy and I found myself cruising at 25mph on the flats most of the way round. This is having come from a hybrid and not having had a road bike for 5 years. The geometry is very relaxed although I have both a short torso and back problems so still used all the spacers. I think most people will find the sizing about right for a sportive or endurance setup without needing to change anything. Delivery was as quick as can be expected given you're buying from the net. I emailed the staff before purchasing to ask about the difference between the "mix" version and the more expensive model. The cranks and brakes on the mix are r500 non series, pitched directly at manufacturers not consumers. Basically they are still better than Tiagra and weigh the same as 105 but don't look quite as nice. I would never have noticed the difference if I hadn't asked so I would definitely go for the cheaper mix model personally, as everything else is quality 105. Also if you're wondering, the cassette is the 11-28t 105 11spd. All in all the best bike bargain I've ever had.
Been out for my first ride today and it's a vast improvement on my last bike (admittedly a commuter bike). A great cross over for me from commuter to road riding as it feels very stable and not twitchy/unstable which was my biggest worry. Came set up very well, tyres even pumped up!
Let's not beat about the bush, this is a hell of a lot of bike for your money! The frame is a beautiful piece of engineering with the box section downtube giving it some serious stiffness but the forks & rear triangle create a surprisingly forgiving ride when the tarmac gets bumpy. Was initially a bit worried about the handling but soon realised how 'wooly' my previous bike had been compared to the really precise feel of the Fuse. The 105, 11spd groupset is lovely with the shifts very smooth & with the lack of that annoying 10spd jump from 4th to 5th it feels really natural and very easy to locate just the right 'groove' for long climbs. There's oodles of fore & aft adjustment & I really like to 2 point bolt arrangement on the Forza seat post. The 15cm wide Forza saddle is nice too & should suit most 6ft + riders. That said I did swap it for my Charge as my backside has a very good relationship with that particular saddle! Bar geometry is good too and I like the new 105's reach adjustment, if I have one minor gripe it the bar tubing diameter is just a bit too small for me but I reckon the addition of some under tape gel pads will sort that. Also love the Forza bottle cage, who'd have thought it could be so much better than a traditional folded wire one but it is. After only a 100 or so miles I'm already certain I made the right choice. Don't expect the usual next day delivery as the Fuse is built to order. Good things come to those who wait.
